What kind of cars do you work on?

We mainly service European brands such as BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz and MINI. We are also trained to work on other makes like Toyota, Honda, Lexus, Acura, Infiniti, and Nissan. These makes are what we are more geared for but not limited to.

Do I need to make an appointment?

You do not have to have an appointment, although it would make the turnaround time for you service faster. You can call, text or email us to schedule your desired time. We would also be able to provide an estimate and estimated time of completion while setting your appointment.

Can I drop off before or after hours?

Yes, we have a key drop box to the left of our over-head garage door in the front of the building that will drop your key inside the building. We have envelopes located underneath the key drop door to fill out your information.

Do you have a warranty?

Yes, our warranty is 2 year/24,000 mile on all associated parts and labor. Our warranty applies to vehicles operating under their manufacturer’s specifications and legal road use.

Do you offer loaners?

While we do not have loaners, we do have an account with enterprise that offers cheaper rates for rentals while we are servicing your vehicle.

Can I take my car to you even when I’m under warranty?

Yes, legally your dealership cannot deny you repairs or coverage because you chose to bring your car to anyone other than your brands dealership.
